WHY USE FEELZ?

How you feel is an indicator.

  • understand the impact of life events.
  • take action to counter negative thoughts.
  • know when to ask for help.
  • share with a coach, counsellor or health practitioner.

FEELZ is not trying to fix you

Or prescribe an answer. It’s for you to use how you want.

What we found when we tested the idea

100% of respondents felt that logging how they felt was a positive action.


90% of respondents said that logging made them more aware of how they feel.
